MI40 (SUMMER TRUFFLE FLAVOURED SPECIALTY BASED ON MILLEFIORI HONEY 40 g): Millefiori Honey 96%, summer Truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring. STB45 (SAUCE WITH WHITE TRUFFLE 45 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, green olives, White Truffle 1% (Tuber magnatum Pico), salt, flavouring, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. PPT45 (SPECIALTY BASED ON PARMIGIANO REGGIANO AND BIANCHETTO TRUFFLE 45 g): CREAM, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 5% (MILK, salt, rennet), corn starch, Bianchetto truffle 3% (Tuber borchii Vitt.), salt, flavorings. Acidifying: lactic acid. MILK origin: Italy. SAL50GR (SPECIALTY BASED ON SALT AND SUMMER TRUFFLE 50 g): Salt 98%, dried summer Truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring.

The products part of the box have different best before dates according to the food type. The date on the box refers to the product with the shorter shelf life. STORAGE: Room temperature. About the sauces: PPT45 (Specialty based on Parmigiano Reggiano and Bianchetto Truffle): once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 3 days. The other sauces (STB45 and SAT50): once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
